FreeCourtDockets.com was built by Courtport, LLC with the purpose of allowing anyone to obtain federal court dockets free of charge.
Currently we provide access to all federal district civil, criminal, and bankruptcy courts, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, Federal Court of Claims, and the Court of International Trade. After all, court dockets are public records and therefore should be freely and easily accessible to the public.
In addition to this free site, Courtport also provides integrated business solutions, allowing businesses, law firms, and others with greater needs than what FreeCourtDockets provides to save time, money, and streamline their federal court record research.
FreeCourtDockets.com is the first and only site of its kind, and relies upon advertisers, sponsors, and donations to help offset our data costs.
